KARACHI: Bilawal Bhutto Zardari Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party has taken notice of the protesting dismissed personnel of Sindh Reserve Police in Karachi and asked Sindh government to sort out the issue as per guidelines of Supreme Court judgment on case-to-case basis.

“PPP never supported, abetted or initiated snatching livelihoods and its leadership including former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto was dragged from court to court by dictatorial regimes and their remnants for providing jobs to the deserving on merit,” PPP Chairman stated in a press release.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari asked Sindh government to form a Ministerial Committee to take up the issue for restoration on case to case basis as PPP shall never be ready for taking the onus of depriving anybody from jobs appointed on merit and following all the legal and codal formalities.

He stressed that those who violated the rules and regulations and made illegal recruitment should be taken to task and punished but the poor recruits who fulfilled all the relevant criteria of merit, underwent rigorous physical training need not to be victimized for no fault of theirs.
