THARPARKAR: Six more children died of malnutrition in Mithi and Tharparkar on Thursday, climbing the death toll to 224 this year.
The death toll has been on the rise in the Tharparkar region in Sindh due to malnutrition, poverty coupled with drought and negligence.

The dead children were identified as Mahcho Bhail 01, Abdul Hameed 01, Umar Gul 3, Nazia 4, Kash Kumar 7 months old and Jophar 3 days old.
Around 124 deaths have been reported in the month of March only.
More than 200 children have been undergoing treatment in different hospital of Thar including Mithi Civil Hospital.
