RAWALPINDI: Since beginning of Operation Zarb-e-Azb last June, over 2,763 terrorists have killed and their 837 hide outs destroyed, according to Inter Services Public Relations.
Major General Asim Bajwa, Spokesman for ISPR, in his tweets said, Pakistan military has achieved significant success in FATA specially North Waziristan Agency and Khyber Agency, where militants strong holds, infrastructure and sanctuaries have largely been cleared.
Asim Bajwa said operation Zarb-e-Azb is moving to the last few pockets close to Pak-Afghan border. So far 2,763 terrorists have been killed, 837 hideouts destroyed and 253 tons explosive recovered.
