We alredy have army, police, FC,Rangers, scouts and levies, the total force could be around 12-15 lac. If that much force is not capable to control terrorism,,what magic a few thousand anti terrorsm personal will have to control the meanece. Government should stregthen these forces instead of creating a new politicised force which will do no good.

Main Sahib, your party has been in power in Punjab for long long time. It is already a police state, Police is controlled by the local politicians with the backing of the C.M office. First clean up the existing police where requirements are auctioned. Either clean up the corruption in Punjab or accept that your party is the Don of the province.

ATF is a need of current situation in Pakistan, this new force should work as fully independent and under the control of Supreme Court of Pakistan and never be under government control.

The Anti-Terrorism Force should be raised on professional lines and the recruitment process should be transparent.

Keep trying but never address the real problem to"DE=POLITICIZE THE CIVIL POLICE"who has all the legal powers to ensure everything-see the police and its fear in all other countries.
