In a welfare state, the government is responsible for the protection and welfare of every individual. It is solely responsible for reducing rape crimes. It is time the authorities imposed the anti-rape laws. Rapists should be arrested and punished for their heinous crimes.

It doesn’t matter what status or position a rapist enjoys in society. If a person has committed a crime, s/he should be punished.
