KARACHI: An immigration officer of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has been suspended for alleged harassment at the Jinnah International Airport, Karachi.
The incident took place when the officer allegedly harassed a young woman arriving from Bahrain Monday night. According to the woman, the FIA officer asked for her cellphone number and sweets, officials said.
When onlookers filming the suspect asked him questions, he was unable to respond. The officer said he sought the young woman’s cellphone number for "inclusion in the list," and asked her for sweets as a joke.
