* All Ads are published in good faith. The Organization does not accept any legal, moral responsibility of a fake or misleading Ad.

* All transactions among the advertisers and readers will be treated as private business. The organization will not be responsible for such deals.

* No complaint will be entertained if the matter is not written clearly or, there is any over writing.

* Written complaints about any mistake should reach the Business Manager within three days of the publication of the Ad. No complaint will be considered after the expiry of this period.

* The Organization takes no responsibility of the wrong publication:

a. One out of two Telephone Nos.

b. Either the address or the Telephone No.

* Booking of classified and display Ads will open from 9 .00 a.m to 5.00 pm. daily. While the booking of Classified Ads for Sunday will close on every Friday at 5.00 p.m.
