Keeping faith in KE
Summer in Karachi has arrived with an unpleasant gift – loadshedding. There is hardly any area which is not affected by this problem. Power goes out right in the middle of the night, depriving tired people to rest comfortably. While many people have bought generators and installed UPS in their homes, there are people who cannot afford these items as well. Students are worst affected by loadshedding. They face problem in their studies as power remain out for several hours.
Residents of Karachi are unable to understand why the authorities cannot counter the electricity crisis. Only during winter, residents enjoy a few loadshedding-free months. The authorities concerned should counter the crisis and alleviate the suffering of the people at the earliest.
