Two murder accused get death penalty

SIALKOT: Additional District and Sessions Judge Amjad Ali Bajwa Wednesday awarded death sentence to two murder accused. According to the prosecution, accused Fahad Ghumman and Gulfam Masih had killed Shahid Butt and Amir Bashir over a property dispute on Kutchery Road in the limits of Kotwali police. The court delivered the verdict in the district jail Sialkot. The judge also ordered the convicts to pay Rs 200,000 each to heirs of the dead, failing which the both would be imprisoned for six months on two counts.
