Roots International Schools (RIS) celebrated the 29 years of academic excellence of Roots Schools on April 10th. Nationwide Roots campuses arranged activities to highlight the importance of growing together and to inculcate love & passion in students for Roots International School. Cake cutting ceremonies were arranged to rejoice and celebrate the progress and success of RIS. Early Years and Primary Years Program (PYP) students wrote birthday and “I am proud to be Rootsian” messages on bulletin boards to show their love for Roots International Schools.
Roots International Schools CEO Walid Mushtaq, on the occasion remarked that, “This is certainly a time for every Rootsian to rejoice their rich and dynamic institution. We have been committed to educate and inspire young minds to be responsible, productive and ethical world citizens with skills and passion to think innovatively. It is our mission is to create a learning community where students can fulfill their personal potential by participating in quality learning experiences. The success of RIS is credited to its students who have shown their commitment and made the institution proud by outstanding performances in academic and extracurricular activities.”
He further added, “There are no words for 29 years of continuous dedication and hard work Roots family has put in to make this institution a wonderful place for students to learn and faculty to excel.”
“This is a milestone and I will congratulate the support staff and management of RIS who work tirelessly behind the scenes and without whom, all of this would not have been possible. These years have been a wonderful demonstration of all round excellence and we, at Roots International Schools, will continue to achieve our goals with full zeal together.”
The institution, under the dynamic leadership of Walid Mushtaq has become a top tier education institute in Pakistan. As RIS reaches 29 years of academic excellence - more than a quarter of a century, it has become synonymous with ‘student achievement’, ‘social entrepreneurship’, ‘opportunity’ and ‘discovery’ for students, parents, teachers and community. Students who study here are passionate about their subjects, qualifications and are dedicated to expanding their knowledge of the world around them.
