Quick disposal of property case ordered
LAHORE
The Lahore High Court Chief Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah on Friday directed District and Sessions Judge of Kamalia to ensure early disposal of a litigation regarding illegal possession of a physically crippled man’s house.
The chief justice passed the direction taking notice on an application of the physically crippled man, Muhammad Hamza, who complained against prolonged litigation. The chief justice gave a patient hearing to the man before issuing direction to the sessions judge. Hamza, who uses wheelchair, told the chief justice that his paternal uncle occupied his ancestral house and shop with the help of forged property documents. He said two years had passed to the litigation started before a civil court but decision was not in sight.
