Two suspects arrested as police foil attempted assault on minor

Police on Saturday claimed to have foiled an attempted sexual assault on a teenage boy in the Ibrahim Hyderi area and arrested two suspects.
According to the police, the suspects lured the boy away from his home under the pretence of introducing him to a friend and took him to the Bengali Para area.
Acting on a tip-off, a team from the Ibrahim Hyderi police station reached the scene in time and apprehended the suspects. The arrested individuals were identified as Hamza and Faraz.
A spokesperson for the District Malir Police said the victim was taken to a hospital for medical examination. A case has been registered against the suspects, and further investigation is underway.
