Hania Aamir immediately became centre of Indian media attention as soon as trailer for “Sardaar Ji 3” was released
KARACHI: Globally renowned Indian actor and singer Diljit Dosanjh has set social media abuzz by releasing the trailer of his upcoming Punjabi film “Sardaar Ji 3”, featuring Hania Aamir. Dimple queen Hania Aamir immediately became the centre of Indian media attention as soon as the trailer for “Sardaar Ji 3” was released.
Speculations had been circulating for quite some time regarding Pakistani actress Hania Aamir’s involvement in “Sardaar Ji 3”, but nothing official had been confirmed until now. The rumours began when Diljit Dosanjh invited Hania Aamir on stage during his London concert, sparking hopes among fans of a potential collaboration. Some media reports even claimed that Hania Aamir would be making her Indian debut with Diljit’s film.
The official trailer of the Indian Punjabi film “Sardaar Ji 3” prominently features Hania Aamir. There were earlier reports that due to tensions between India and Pakistan, Hania’s role had been removed from the film, and some scenes were re-shot in the UK. However, the trailer clearly shows that not only is Hania Aamir still part of the film, but she also has a significant presence. The film’s cast includes renowned Punjabi superstar Diljit Dosanjh, Neeru Bajwa, Nasir Chinyoti, and other famous Punjabi actors. The movie was entirely shot in the UK, showcasing international standards and stunning locations.
As soon as the trailer was released, Hania Aamir’s fans took to social media to express their excitement. It is worth noting that the film is set for an international release on June 27, 2025, and its trailer has already created a massive buzz.
The international media reported that in “Sardaar Ji 3”, Diljit returns as Jaggi, a cocky and comical ghost hunter summoned to a haunted castle in the UK. After a failed military mission to rid the mansion of its malevolent spirit, Jaggi is called in with his ghostly sidekick Pinky to do the job. But things quickly spiral into chaos as he uncovers buried secrets and gets entangled in romantic hijinks involving not one but two women—fellow ghost hunter Hania Aamir and returning franchise star Neeru Bajwa. Packed with action, paranormal comedy, and dramatic standoffs in foggy European landscapes, the film continues the beloved ‘Sardaar Ji’ formula.
Meanwhile, it was reported that “Sardaar Ji 3” will not release in India, however, the movie is expected to draw Punjabi-speaking audiences overseas, especially in Canada, the UK and Australia, where Diljit’s fanbase remains strong.
