Woman, daughter shot dead

MANSEHRA: A woman and her 16-year-old daughter were killed for ‘honour’ in the Jaba area here on Friday evening.Police officials said that four armed men, led by Mehtab Shah, entered the house of one Umar Khan and fired indiscriminately, leaving his wife Rabia Shah, 20, and daughter Ayesh, 16, seriously injured.
The police rushed both of the seriously injured to King Abdullah Teaching Hospital here, where doctors pronounced both of them dead.The bodies of the dead were handed over to the family after doctors completed the medico-legal formalities.
