KP minister termed Talal’s statement as absurd
PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Minister for Higher Education, Archives, and Libraries, Meena Khan Afridi has termed Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry’s statement as absurd. “Due to the federal government’s failed policies over the past 40 years, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa continues to suffer the consequences of a foreign-imposed war,” he said in a statement.
He emphasised that the provincial government had a clear strategy for maintaining law and order in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and fully understands how to ensure stability in the region. The minister added that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government is a well-intentioned government that is taking serious steps to address public concerns. Meena Khan Afridi further stated that during Prime Minister Imran Khan’s three-year tenure, peace was established from Chitral to Bolan.
