SBP announces office, business hours for Ramazan

KARACHI: The State Bank of Pakistan has announced office and business timings for banks during the holy month of Ramazan, a statement said on Saturday.
Working hours for all banks, development finance institutions and microfinance banks will be from 9am to 3pm without break, whereas on Friday, office hours will be from 9am to 12:30pm without break.
The notification added, “it is further advised to observe the following business (banking) hours for public dealing: Monday to Thursday from 9am to 2pm without break; on Friday business (banking) hours for public dealing will be from 9am to 12:30pm without break.”
