Komal to captain Pakistan in U19 Women’s T20 WC
LAHORE: The Women’s National Selection Committee has announced a 15-member Pakistan squad for the ICC U19 Women’s T20 World Cup 2025, with wicketkeeper-batter Komal Khan named as captain and Zoofishan Ayyaz as vice-captain.
The tournament, featuring 16 teams, will be held in Malaysia from January 18 to February 2.
Pakistan, placed in Group B, will face USA on January 18, England on January 20, and Ireland on January 22. All three matches will be staged at the JCA Oval, Johor.
The team will undergo a training camp at Karachi’s Hanif Mohammad High Performance Centre from December 31 to January 9.
Pakistan will depart for Malaysia from Karachi via Dubai on 10 January.
