NA speaker issues production order of PTI-backed MNA Haji Imtiaz
It has been directed to produce Haji Imtiaz MNA before Sergeant-at-Arms at commencement of each sitting at Parliament House
ISLAMABAD: National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq on Saturday issued production orders of PTI-backed MNA Haji Imtiaz Ahmad Choudhry for the upcoming session starting on Monday evening (August 26). The Speaker has issued production orders of Haji Imtiaz Ahmad (NA-68 Mandi Bahauddin) in exercise of powers conferred by rule 108 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the National Assembly 2007. In the production orders addressed to the Director General Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) Punjab, it has been directed to produce Haji Imtiaz MNA before the Sergeant-at-Arms at commencement of each sitting at the Parliament House. He will be delivered to ACE officials at conclusion of each sitting. “Honourable Speaker considers presence of Haji Imtiaz Ahmad during the session of the National Assembly necessary, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by rule 108 of Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the NA 2007, the Speaker has been pleased to summon Haji Imtiaz Ahmad Choudhry to attend the session at the Parliament House.
