Given the unprecedented rise of artificial intelligence and its convenient way of providing information about anything, the temptation to plagiarize is greater than ever before. I have read many pieces in different newspapers that are generated by either artificial intelligence machines or copied from other online websites.
This act of plagiarism undermines the work of authentic writers. Similarly, in the academic field, students who plagiarize material for assignments overshadow deserving students. Academic institutions and newspaper editors must ensure proper credibility in publishing and acknowledging a piece of writing. This will do justice to those who express their concerns using their own intellect, rather than relying on AI-generated stuff.
