West Indies women team to tour Pakistan from April 14

LAHORE: Pakistan is gearing up to host the final set of ICC Women’s Championship 2022-25 matches at home as the West Indies women’s cricket team is set to arrive in Karachi on 14 April to participate in eight white-ball matches.

There will be three One Day Internationals (ODIs) and five Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is), all to be held at the National Bank Stadium (NBS) in Karachi.

The ODI series, which is part of the ICC Women’s Championship 2022-25, is scheduled for 18, 21, and 23 April. Following the conclusion of the ODIs, the T20Is will commence on 26 April and continue till 3 May, at the same venue.

The ODIs will kick off at 3:30 pm PKT, while the T20Is will start at 7:30 pm PKT. Pakistan women’s team, currently ranked third in the ICC Women’s Championship 2022-25 with 16 points from 18 matches, will face off against the West Indies women’s team, positioned ninth with eight points from 12 outings.
