Lowering the moral bar
By News Desk
January 19, 2024
This letter refers to the news report ‘Sindh’s bureaucrats assured NAB won’t bother them’ (January 16, 2024). NAB has already withdrawn proven graft cases against Nawaz Sharif and a host of other leaders that were filed by the bureau itself. The Supreme Court has also lowered the moral bar by removing the lifetime disqualification of several politicians.
