ISLAMABAD: High level appointments and transfers have been made in the federal bureaucracy. Grade-22 officer of Secretariat Group and Secretary Ministry of State and Frontier Affairs Pervez Ahmed Junejo has been transferred and appointed as Chairman EOBI. Naheed S Durrani, Grade-22 officer of Pakistan Administrative Service, has been appointed as Secretary of Ministry of State and Frontier. Naheed Durrani was the Chairperson of EOBI.
Meanwhile, the prime minister has approved the appointment of Dr Inam Waheed Khan, a Grade-20 officer of the Police Service posted in Punjab, on deputation to the Foreign Commonwealth Development Office as Implementation Adviser (Community Protection) for two years. The Establishment Division has issued the notifications of appointments and transfers.
