The Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation (KWSC) has suspended and transferred many of its officials over complaints of water theft and corruption received by the utility.
Through its office order released on Thursday, the KWSC suspended Anti-Theft Cell incharge Tabish Raza Husain, who also had the additional charge of District East superintendent engineer. The cell’s inspector Muhammad Amir Khan was also suspended. Both officials, according to the KWSC office order, were suspended on account of misconduct.
