Minister reviews progress on PR ML1 project

LAHORE:Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique chaired a meeting at Pakistan Railways Headquarters here on Monday and discussed issues pertaining to PR projects.
Various issues related to railways were discussed in the meeting. On the occasion, progress on the ML1 project was reviewed and consideration of future strategy was discussed.
The progress of work on the Harnai- Sibbi Section was also discussed. The officials were instructed to ensure maintenance of Harnai train operation. The federal minister directed starting work on branding of 15 coaches on initial pilot project in same month. The minister was informed that installation of Electric Arc Furnace in Steel Shop Mughalpura will be completed by July25.
