Do you have a skin care routine? Or, do you just prefer to fall asleep each night and not worry too much about what is on your skin? Well, if you don’t, then it is time that you should be very mindful of skincare. Generally, there’s a big focus on makeup and not many think about the skin itself. For the vast majority, skincare seems to come second, only becoming truly important when they see pimples, acne or wrinkles begin to appear. Your skin is one of the largest organs your body has, and it works hard every day to protect our bodies from harmful elements. Taking care of it and developing a skincare routine is important helps this organ do its job better and longer.

The good news is that now people are starting to realise this and brands are coming out with new products, focusing on the skin. Recently, Guinot introduced a remarkable lifting and firming treatment in Karachi by the name of ‘Guinot Lift Summum’. It is a 4-phase lifting treatment that restores firmness to the face, neck and decollete (a low neckline). Guinot is the leading professional beauty brand, renowned for its skincare products and treatments over the world with extensive range of products and treatments available for distribution to salon. It was introduced in Pakistan by the Quereshi Group; with the tireless efforts and dedication of of Mrs. Peng Qureshi, a renowned name in the beauty industry of Pakistan for over 25 years.

The launch event took place at a local hotel in Karachi, which was followed by a training session for the participating salons. Guinot international trainer Miss Sandrine Carliez was also present at the event along with all salons of Karachi that are partnered with Guinot.

It’s refreshing to see that we are moving towards a more natural and healthy practice of treating our bodies with care; and brands also endorsing that. Here’s hoping to see more brands encourage that.
