Persian Chelo Kabab
Minced beef 1/2 kg
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Onions 2
Tomatoes (whole) 2-3
Black pepper (coarsely ground) 2 tsps
Egg white 1
Bread 2-3 slices
Salt according to taste
Persian Rice:
Sela rice 300 gms
Onions (chopped) 2
Garlic (chopped) 1 1/2 tbsps
Potatoes 2-3
Black pepper (coarsely ground) 1 tsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Stock as required
Saffron 1 pinch
Curry leaves 4-5
Butter 1/2 cup
Oil 2 tbsps
Salt according to taste
Pistachio (boiled & peeled) for garnishing
