While the Internet is full of excited fans eager for Thor 3, the bigger news is that Cumberbatch could be returning to the small screen after finding global success with Sherlock many moons ago.

The Irish Times report: “A Hollywood studio is poised to sign a £60 million deal to make a six-part series telling the tale of Nigel Farage’s part in Brexit. The script will be based on the diary The Bad Boys of Brexit: Tales of Mischief, Mayhem & Guerrilla Warfare in the EU Referendum Campaign, by Arron Banks.”

Benedict Cumberbatch, is on the shortlist to play the former Ukip leader. Of course, carving out time to shoot a TV series will be tough for actor. His upcoming projects include the upcoming Avengers film, the lead in Jungle Book, and a starring role in The Current War as Thomas Edison.
