Heavy rainfall in Saudi Arabia affects flight operations
JEDDAH: Heavy rainfall and strong winds in Makkah, Medina and in the Tabuk region on Tuesday inundated roads causing heavy traffic jams resulting in official instructions to citizens to remain indoors.
Flight schedules at the King Abdul Aziz airport were also affected while the container terminal suspended loading and offloading activities at the seaport.
