SHARJAH: Peshawar Zalmi captain Shahid Afridi won the toss and put Lahore Qalandars into bat in the 15th Twenty20 match of the first Pakistan Super League here at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium on Saturday night.
Lahore made two changes. Their captain Azhar Ali is back in the team and also Rasool.
Stylish left-handed Dawid Malan replaced Jim Allenby in Peshawar team.
If Peshawar win today, they clinch a spot in the 1st Qualifying Final with Quetta, and their remaining two matches will essentially be dead-rubbers.
The Qalandars are reeling at the bottom of the table, with just one win in five games whereas Zalmi, on the other hand, have won four of their five and will be looking to seal a playoff spot.
