Kiwi all-rounder Colin Munro has reached the UAE to join the Karachi Kings for the HBL PSL 2019.
The Kiwi player reached the Emirates today after the culmination of New Zealand’s series against Bangladesh.
The swashbuckling opening batsman was part of the Karachi Kings squad last year as well, but could not play due to national commitments. He will make his debut in Pakistan’s premier T20 tournament this season.
Munro is known for his hard-hitting at the start of the innings. He is one of the only two batsmen in the world – the other being Rohit Sharma – to score three centuries in T20Is and has the highest strike-rate (161.13) for any batsman with at least 1,000 runs in the format.
After Karachi, ICC pitch consultant will also visit Lahore and Rawalpindi
