JEDDAH: Saudi Arabia is all set to host Greatest Royal Rumble that WWE is organising on Friday, April 27 for the first time in history.
The mega-event will be held at King Abdullah International Stadium in Jeddah within less than three weeks after WrestleMania 34, WWE’s biggest show of the year, came to an end.
The event’s televised show will air live on WWE Network.
On the downfall, the event was criticised widely for the exclusion of women wrestlers from the great 50-50 royal rumble challenge.
According to sources, the event is only to be attended by families and men (women if they are accompanied by male family members).
