Waqar thanks foreign commentators for showing the world Pakistan is safe
Commentators Alan Wilkins, who hails from the United Kingdom, and Daren Ganga, from the West Indies, toured the historic city with former Pakistani batting legend Majid Khan.
Former Pakistan captain Waqar Younis has thanked foreign commentators Alan Wikins and Daren Ganga for what he said showing the world that Pakistan is a safe place to visit.
The Burewala Express took to Twitter and posted : Welcome and Thank you @alanwilkins22 @DarenGanga for getting out on the streets of Lahore and showing the world that Pakistan is a safe place to visit,,and I’m sure you must have had a great time with our own legendary Majid Khan #PSL3 #PakistanZindabad"
Commentators Alan Wilkins, who hails from the United Kingdom, and Daren Ganga, from the West Indies, toured the historic city with former Pakistani batting legend Majid Khan.
The West Indian commentator wrote: “Touring Lahore’s Old City today was breathtaking, seeing Shahi Hammam and the Wazir Khan Mosque alongside the Fmr. Pakistan Captain Majid Khan was divine...Pakistan Zindabad !!!”
Sharing his excitment on Twitter Alan Wikins wrote: "On my first ever visit to Pakistan a reunion with my first cricket captain, the majestic Majid Khan, and a guided tour of the Old City of Lahore"
