Quetta Gladiators' Kevin Pietersen decides not to travel to Pakistan
In a video posted on Quetta Gladiators Twitter page, the right-handed batsman said" It is with hardened heart, and very sorry heart that i have to leave Dubai".
DUBAI: Former English cricketer and Quetta Gladiators batsman Kevin Pietersen has decided not to play the next round of the Pakistan Super League that would be held in Lahore and Karachi.
In a video posted on Quetta Gladiators Twitter page, the right-handed batsman said" It is with hardened heart, and very sorry heart that i have to leave Dubai".
"[I am ] going back to London now. I wish i could travel but. . . It's a family decision, and families are important.
I hope you can respect my decision and my family's decision not to travel.
We have an opportunity to win this. We really do. We are still in the competition.

I will be on top of everything we do over the next couple of days.
"Purple hopefully will do it Inshallah!," said Kevin Pietersen.
