LAHORE: Chairman executive committee of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Najam Sethi said that the board wants to bid a farewell to allrounder Shahid Afridi in a graceful manner.
Talking to Geo News, Sethi said that the September 26 meeting, to be held with him for finalizing the farewell matters, was cancelled due to Afridi’s engagements.
He said that he was waiting for that meeting but Afridi cancelled it.
Sethi said, “we are still waiting for Shahid Afridi to get a date from him for the meeting”.
He said that the PCB wants to award him a farewell match as he deserved it.
