Rapper Bloodhound Q50 was fatally ambushed by six gunmen at Fuller Park gas station
A 22-year-old rapper from Chicago was killed on Sunday morning.
Bloodhound Q50 was ambushed by six gunmen at a gas station in Fuller Park in the early morning hours of Sunday.
According to reports by the Chicago Sun-Times, multiple shooters fired dozens of shots at the musician and fled the scene.
Bloodhound was shot in the chest and shoulder and died on the spot.
A male “was in a vehicle when two vehicles pulled alongside and multiple offenders from each vehicle began firing at the victim who was seated in the driver’s seat,” a Chicago Police Department representative told People magazine.
As per the authorities, the shocking incident took place in the 4200 block of S. Wentworth around 3:58 a.m., and the rapper was pronounced dead at 4:35 a.m.
“The victim sustained a gunshot wound to the chest and shoulder,” police told the publication.
Surveillance clip released by Fox 32 Chicago, Bloodhound was seen exiting a gas station and getting into the driver's seat of a Tesla. At that moment, several individuals in vehicles parked on both sides of the rapper's car opened fire on it.
An eyewitness mentioned hearing the sound of more than 100 gunshots.
“I thought I heard over 100 [shots],” the witness told the outlet. “I think the markings stopped at 80 or something, but I feel like I heard way more than that.”
