Drake beats every rapper in latest touring ranking: Here's what we know
Drake's ranking at the top comes days ahead of his FOMO livestream
With a few days to go to find out what is behind the FOMO, or Fear of Missing Out - that is what Drake has been promoting for a while - a huge milestone has been dropped.
Of course, for Drizzy, who already has a rocking year.
But now a report in Billboard ranked the all-time highest-grossing hip-hop touring acts.
The outlet tapped into the data from Boxscore, a tracking system, recording figures of tours for over four decades.
According to the data, the site has ranked Drake in the top spot with a reported $559.2 million in touring gross.
Meanwhile, the rest of them are as follows:
- Jay-Z, $474M
- Kendrick Lamar, $378M
- Travis Scott, $331.1M
- Post Malone, $297.5M
- Tyler, the Creator, $239.6M
- Ye, $193.8M
- J. Cole, $172.2M
- 50 Cent, $155M
- Eminem, $151.7M
- $uicideboy$, $145.9M
- Lil Wayne, $137.5M
- Nicki Minaj, $135.7M
Meanwhile, as the livestream of FOMO on YouTube is slated to take place on September 15, a video of Drake went viral on social media.
That is when the One Dance hitmaker is what fans online said is probably shooting a music video when he was spotted on a boat in a lake.
It is unclear what the shoot is about or where he is.
