The royal insiders have claimed that Prince Harry, who was once very close to his cousins Princess Eugenie and Beatrice, is ‘not even in touch’ with the York sisters as the Duke returns home.

The insider tells the HELLO! Harry has “very few friends left from before” and his bond with his cousins is not as strong as it once was.

The close confidant tells the outlet, “Harry and Meghan are not so close to Beatrice and Eugenie anymore, and Harry did not see Eugenie over the summer in Portugal.”

They added: “Harry has very few friends left from before. They’re going to have to make some serious social inroads and gatherings to get back in the fold.”

The sources continued, “Beatrice and Eugenie are not even in touch - and Eugenie was once so close to him.”

The Mirror has reported that Eugenie and Beatrice were once "best friends" of Harry.

Princess Eugenie also shares close bond with Meghan, and she met the Duchess before Prince Harry did. She was also the first royal to visit the couple in California. So there was clearly a genuine affection on all sides.

Princess Beatrice and Eugenie had managed to keep their friendships with Harry and Meghan without alienating themselves from King Charles and Prince William.
