King Charles sparked health concerns after he appeared in a video tribute marking what would have been Queen Elizabeth II’s 100th birthday.

The monarch, who has been undergoing cancer treatment for more than two years, delivered a pre-recorded message.

In his message, Charles paid tribute to his late mother and reaffirmed his commitment to duty.

He said in the video, "My family and I pause to reflect on the life and loss of a sovereign who meant so much to us all and to celebrate anew the many blessings of her memory.”

The 77-year-old reaffirmed his “own solemn pledge of duty and service to you all,” saying he would continue working “together towards a better, happier tomorrow, one rooted in peace, justice, prosperity, and security.”

"God bless you, darling Mama. You remain forever in our hearts and prayers,” he concluded.

However, royal fans noted that he looked visibly tired during the address, with some social media users describing him as appearing unsteady and fatigued, per Radar Online.

One penned, "Charles looks terrible. Sorry. He does," while another added, "He looks unsteady, and he had a hard time reading the script."

A third wrote on Reddit, "This is such a lovely message. Unfortunately, the King does not look well IMHO.”

"He has aged a great deal, which is understandable. It's not clear how harsh his treatments are or how bad the cancer is at this point, but it must be taking its toll," another comment read.
