Royal family members are said to be feeling nervous ahead of Prince Harry’s possible visit to the UK this summer as it could bring him face-to-face with Prince William for the first time since 2024.

According to a US-based entertainment site, the Duke of Sussex may travel in June for his cousin Peter Phillips’ wedding as well as in July for a pre-Invictus Games event.

Speaking with the publication, a royal insider said that there is concern that any meeting between the brothers could be tense, as their relationship remains badly strained.

“The royal family are feeling anxious about having the brothers in the same room again. While Harry holds onto hope, William is still furious about his behaviour,” they said.

The source added, “There are so many unresolved feelings between them and the family fear that William’s ready to unleash how he feels, which could even lead to an altercation.”

The insider claimed that Harry is believed to be on better terms with Charles and is hoping to use the visit as a chance to spend more time with his father.

They noted that Harry is desperate to arrange a meetup between his kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, with the monarch at Balmoral.

“In Harry’s mind, it’s the perfect setting for Charles to spend proper time with Archie and Lilibet,” the source said of the Duke’s desires.

“Harry feels time is precious and that the children need to see their grandfather now. There’s a growing urgency around wanting the children to have memories with Charles.”
