Meghan Markle rings in the season with a new star

Naomi Osaka is diving into holiday season with an unexpected cameo alongside Meghan Markle. 

The four time Grand Slam champion appears in the trailer for the Duchess of Sussex’s upcoming Netflix special, With Love, Meghan: Holiday Celebration, set to stream December 3.

Joining Meghan and husband Prince Harry, Osaka will help deck the halls, whip up festive feasts, craft heartfelt gifts, and share plenty of laughs with celebrity chef Tom Colicchio, restaurateur Will Guidara, and The Duchess' close friends Kelly Zajfen and Lindsay Roth.

While Osaka may seem like an unusual addition to the roster of royals and culinary stars, the two women share a history. 

Back in 2020, she appeared on Meghan and Harry’s short lived Archwell Audio podcast, reflecting on her US Open triumph and the lessons she learned during the pandemic.

Osaka has been open about her struggles, and The Duke and Duchess have long championed mental well-being. 

In fact, the champion once revealed that Meghan personally reached out to support her during a high-profile mental health break from tennis.
