Meghan Markle just learned that even having Netflix as a business backer doesn’t guarantee you shelf space not at the streamer’s shiny new flagship shop, anyway.
Netflix House, opening December 11 in Dallas, promises a fan pleasing playground of interactive rooms, themed snacks, and merch from mega hits like Stranger Things, Bridgerton, and Squid Game.
But one thing visitors won’t find, anything from Meghan’s As Ever lifestyle line despite Netflix investing heavily in the Duchess’s brand.
According to The Royalist, the streamer has opted to leave As Ever off its shelves entirely.
Sources close to Meghan insist the snub is nothing to stress about, maintaining the products were “always meant” to be sold exclusively through the brand’s own website.
Insiders whispered Daily Express that that the real reason for the absence is simpler Meghan’s Netflix cooking show, With Love, Meghan, hasn’t exactly set the algorithm on fire.
Released in March, the series struggled to find an audience and failed to crack the top 300 most watched Netflix shows in the first half of 2025.
The show’s second season, which dropped at the end of August, didn’t fare much better it couldn’t even elbow its way into top 10.
“They were given a shot at being producers,” one industry insider told The Royalist. “Let’s just say it hasn’t exactly turned into a Hollywood fairytale.”
