Meghan Markle gives nod to royal women with 'soft power' move

Meghan Markle is expressing her true self amid the cosmetic transformation craze, which is seen as an acknowledgement of royal women who practice the same.

Recently, the Duchess of Sussex appeared on the cover of Harper's Bazaar, showcasing her natural beauty as the writer of a new interview defined the moment as her hair "pulled back, and if she has any makeup on, it's difficult to tell; her skin is bare, and some of her freckles are visible."

Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet's mother was giving vibes of a college-going girl.

Here, body language expert Judi James praised the Duchess for not choosing "curated' beauty standards set by Hollywood A-listers.

As per the Mirror, she said, "Meghan poses almost bare-faced with her hair pulled straight back off her face and in a variety of simple, basic, pared-back outfits."

Prince Harry's wife tried to give a strong message of "less is definitely more" with her latest appearance in the media.

But a key point raised by Judi was how Meghan's 'classy' look could be a nod to the women of the royal family.

She explained, "The royals still retain a preference for natural looks and Meghan seems to be channelling this symptom of aristocratic 'soft power' here."

It is evident in recent times that despite fighting a challenging battle with cancer, Princess Catherine is owning herself in public outings despite backlash on her weight loss and wig claims.
