Meghan Markle is believed to be remain in royalty mode even in casual, everyday settings.
For context, the Duchess of Sussex recently graced the cover of Harper's Bazaar, and writer Kaitlyn Greenridge shared intriguing insights about her meeting with Meghan.
'We are in a grand brownstone on the Upper East Side that belongs to one of Meghan's friends. When I enter, the house manager announces. Meghan, Duchess of Sussex,' even though we appear to be the only another two people in the house,' she revealed.
Following the interviewer's remarks, the Daily Mail's Maureen Callahan, dubbed the former Suits star the 'Duchess of Delusion,' adding that she appears to be 'deeply uncool.'
Callahan wrote: 'Call her the Duchess of Delusion. In a new cover profile for Harper's Bazaar, in which Meghan Markle claims, yet again, to finally be free to tell her story-we have only heard this every hour, on the hour, since Megxit-we are treated to a tableau like no other.
'So much for Meghan's title meaning nothing. Clearly, it means everything to her-the only thing, aside from her ever-present victimhood, that makes her feel validated. Worthy. Imported. What a ridiculous empty person she is. How deeply uncool.'
This comes as social media users noted that Meghan's poses and outfits in several of the magazine's photos appear to echo those of the late Princess Diana.
