Dharmendra hospitalization rumours set straight

Dharmendra left his fans concerned after he was shifted to hospital in emergency.

On October 31, reports suggested that the actor had been hospitalized for the past 4-5 days, however, some sources say that he is only undergoing a routine check-up.

Yesterday, news was circulating on social media about Dharmendra being rushed to the Breach Candy hospital after he complained of breathlessness.

Journalist Vickey Lalwani shared "Dharmendra came in complaining of breathlessness. He is in the ICU, and he is sleeping now. He came in complaining of breathlessness. He is in the ICU."

Earlier today, a staff member of the hospital shared update about the Sholay actor’s health.

According to the source, there is nothing to worry about as the 89-year-old condition is stable.

"No, right now, nothing to worry. He is stable. His parameters are okay—the heart rate is 70, and the blood pressure is 140/80. His urine output is also good”, the insider said.

Some sources quoted by India Today claiming that false reports were spread on social media as the legend just went in for routine check-up and nothing more.

The informant added, "Someone may have spotted him and created a news piece. He is absolutely fine, and there's nothing to worry about. He is in great spirits and just went for his scheduled tests."
