Cat Deeley finds comfort in friends and fashion following heartbreaking separation

Cat Deeley brought her signature charm to the streets of London on Friday, donning a chic red-roll neck jumper and navy coat.

The newly-single This Morning presenter looked radiant as she carried a bouquet of flowers, which she gifted to her designer friend Charlie Brear.

The pair enjoyed a fancy lunch at French restaurant Soutine to celebrate Cat's 49th birthday on 23rd October.

Before their lavish luncheon, Cat was spotted at Liberty London, leaving the store with one of its iconic bags in hand.

As far for her personal life, Cat has recently made headlines following her shocking announcement of separation from fellow TV star Patrick Kielty, 54, after 12 years of marriage. 

A photo obtained by The Sun recently showed a removal van outside their north London rental property, with movers seen loading boxes along with lamps and chairs.

According to the publication, Cat is reportedly stressed about how The Late Late Show Patrick is handling the end of their marriage. 

A source told the outlet: 

'She's worried Patrick seems to be taking longer to adjust. He misses the family unit, and the pressure of work on top of the public split has made it hard for him.

The source added: 'Cat still cares a lot for him and wants him to be in a good place for the boys and for himself so that does cause her some concern.'

This comes after her recent light-hearted confession on This Morning, where she revealed her celebrity crush, Emily Blunt during a live broadcast with co-host Ben Shephard.
