Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has recently left his fans excited as he announces theatrical re-release of his hit movies at eponymous Film Festival.
The billionaire actor shares a rare glimpse of his iconic movies like Main Hoon Na, Om Shanti Om, and Jawan that are going to run in theatres.
The Shah Rukh Khan Film Festival will run for two weeks starting from October 31 across more than 75 cinemas in 30 cities in India, and internationally in the Middle East, North America, the UK, Europe, New Zealand and Australia, per media reports.
To mark his 60th birthday, the festival will honour the actor's incredible legacy for over three decades in the movie industry.
Taking to Instagram on October 24, the National Award winner writes a heartfelt caption alongside a montage of his amazing movies.
“Some of my previous films are coming back to the theatres,” he begins.
SRK states, “The man in them hasn’t changed much,” jokingly adding, “just the hair... and a little more handsome.
Khan reveals that his Film Festival, which will begin at the end of this month, is going to release movies in select theatres across India, in association with PVR INOX.
“A YRF International release across the Middle East, North America, the UK, Europe, New Zealand and Australia,” he says, adding, “terms and conditions will apply”.
Meanwhile, fans have expressed their excitement after SRK makes major announcement.
One fan writes, “Can’t wait for the SRK film festival.”

In a press statement, SRK thanks PVR INOX for celebrating his journey with such love, and to Red Chillies Entertainment, his creative home, for “always believing in stories that connect us all”.
