Spanish man smashes Guinness World Record running 100m backward in high heels
Christian Roberto ran 328 feet backward in 16.55 seconds in high heels

A Spanish man broke his own Guinness World Record by running 328 feet backward in 16.55 second while wearing the high heels.
Christian Roberto López Rodríguez has previously set the record of backward running at 20.05 seconds on Spanish TV series La Noche De Los Récords.
According to the rules of organization, the shoe's heel must be at least 7cm in height and 1.5cm wider at the tip.
In the video posted on Instagram, Christian can be seen wearing blue high heels along with blue socks. With the ticking of clock, he started running backward.
In addition to this record, Christian is entitled to hold more than 80 Guinness World Records titles. The titles include:
- Fastest 400 meters in clogs, 1 minute and 1.38 seconds
- The fastest 100 meters wearing flip flops, 12.10 seconds
- The fastest 50 meters backwards wearing swim fins, 8.82 seconds.
- The fastest mile travelled while balancing a pool cue on a finger, 5 minutes and 52.30 seconds,
- The fastest 100 meters on a space hopper, 29.91 seconds
- The fastest 100 meters carrying an egg on a spoon in the mouth, 17.21 seconds
