Jessica Biel's heartwarming recovery moment with sons
Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake's kids play supportive role during trying times
Jessica Biel is focusing on her health after a sweet gesture from her sons helped brighten her day.
The 43-year-old actress shared a tender moment with her followers on Instagram, posting photos of a bouquet of sunflowers wrapped in brown paper with a heartfelt note attached.
The note, penned by her sons Silas, 10, and Phineas, 4, read, "Get Well Soon Mommy! We Love You!" surrounded by small hearts.
Biel captioned the post, "My kids are the best," showcasing a rare glimpse into her family life with husband Justin Timberlake.
The couple, married since 2012, prioritises keeping their children out of the spotlight.
The singer shared in a 2021 podcast appearance that they strive to maintain a balance between their public lives and private family time, ensuring their sons can enjoy a relatively normal childhood.
This heartwarming moment comes shortly after Timberlake's Lyme disease diagnosis. Biel was instrumental in encouraging her husband to seek medical attention, noticing that something was off with his health.
A source close to the family revealed that Timberlake pushed through months of symptoms before receiving his diagnosis, which brought clarity to his unexplained health issues.
Biel's support has been unwavering, with the source describing her as "incredibly supportive".
Timberlake shared his diagnosis with fans on July 31, explaining that he wanted to shed light on his health struggles. "Among other things, I've been battling some health issues, and was diagnosed with Lyme disease... If you've experienced this disease or know someone who has – then you're aware: living with this can be relentlessly debilitating, both mentally and physically," he wrote.
Despite the challenges, Timberlake continued his tour, driven by the joy of performing and connecting with his fans.
