Prince William 'disgusted' by Harry's hurtful move against King Charles
Prince Harry caused 'additional damage' to the already strained relations with royal family
Prince Harry is under hot water as the royal family is "hurt and dismayed" following a report that he thought of changing his surname.
For the unversed, the Duke of Sussex "sought advice" from his uncle Earl Charles Spence about changing his royal surname Mountbatten-Windsor to Spence, in a bid to honour his late mother, Princess Diana.
"They had a very amicable conversation and Spencer advised him against taking such a step," As per Daily Mail, Harry's friend claimed.
As this revelation was made public, several royal commentators discussed King Charles and Prince William's possible reaction to the ongoing controversy.
Hilary Fordwich told Fox News Digital, "Once again, Prince Harry has managed to make yet another deeply divisive and emotionally charged move, further fracturing his already tenuous relationship with the royal family."
He believes that the Duke of Sussex's alleged step "further thwarts" any hopes of future reconciliation with the senior royals.
Hilary shared that the future King, William is "disgusted" that Harry keeps "hurting" his father and using their late mother for his own interest.
"Trust and communication are currently at an all-time low. Any hope of rapprochement is now said to be ‘in tatters,’ particularly given Harry’s wish to change his surname, which is viewed as a final break from his royal roots," the expert further said.
