Alia Bhatt shares excitement for upcoming Cannes Film Festival debut

Alia Bhatt is giving fans a behind-the-scenes look at her Cannes Film Festival debut, sharing her unfiltered thoughts as she gears up for the prestigious event.

The Gangubai actress, who is known for her glamorous demeanour at international events, recently opened up to the Mumbai paparazzi about going to the film festival this year, for the first time.

While the Jigraa star was accompanied by her husband on Thursday, March 13, she confirmed her presence at the notable event.

Expressing her excitement for the upcoming event, the actress said, “I am looking forward to it. So, I am very nervous and very excited.”

The 78th annual Cannes Film Festival is scheduled from May 13 to May 24, 2025, leaving fans mesmerized by the actress’ stunning appearance.

This comes on the heels of Alia’s debut at the Paris Fashion Week in 2024, where she was joined by other high-profile personalities, including Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Kendall Jenner, Aja Naomi King, Cara Delevingne among others.

On professional front, the actress is currently gearing up for her upcoming film Love & War alongside her husband Ranbir Kapoor and Raazi co-star Vicky Kaushal.
